I was raised in the little town of Rosetown Saskatchewan. I finished High School there and went to Saskatoon for University. I majored in music composition, studying under Murray Adaskin. I left after two years because I was a good learner, but a lousy student. I sold a lot of products, but found I was best when in the photography business. A partner and I started a photo company but were good at photography, but poor at management, so I went on my own. I was a photographer in Winnipeg for many years. I started out doing sports teams, and got into weddings, portraits, glamour, and some commercial work. In the late 90's I was hit with a stroke and then cancer and forced to retire in my mid 50's because I couldn't carry the weight of professional film cameras. After a few years of recuperation I bought a digital camera. It was light and it produced large clear, files (about 20 MB's). I had no problem producing prints up to 48x60, and larger in some pieces (for instance Met-et-et can be 10 feet long), on any kind of art paper including, rag and canvas. I have updated to an SLR and specialize in pet portraits as well as my art. It also means my prints can be much larger now. I have also upgraded to photoshop CS5 from elements, and can now create a new look, my paintings are very beautiful. Sizes listed on the web site are usually not the only ones available. Take a look at these pieces. Keep coming back because there are new images loaded every day or so. Please write to see if different sizes are available, and the price, with or without framing. We don't ship glass. You can order and pay through paypal or direct through this site..
